About the Role
Trevolution Group is seeking a Growth Product Manager for Dreampass, a travel subscription product in Dubai. You will own the growth system including loyalty program, member activation, retention, monetization, and growth loops.

Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the Dreamcoin earn structure across all brands and tiers
- Own redemption policy: caps, expiry rules by tier, minimum thresholds
- Launch and iterate on welcome bonus and annual renewal bonus
- Model program unit economics with Finance
- Own program health metrics: redemption rate, cohort utilization, etc.
- Identify the 'aha moment' that predicts renewal and drive onboarding sequencing
- Build and maintain the member lifecycle framework (CJM)
- Translate lifecycle framework into CRM brief
- Drive Dreamcoin redemption; remove barriers between first earn and first spend
- Own the freemium upgrade path: upgrade flow design, paywall timing, tier architecture
- Design and iterate on save offers for members at risk of cancelling
- Define the renewal strategy: messaging sequence, timing, handoff
Requirements
- 3+ years in product management, with meaningful time in growth, lifecycle, or loyalty
- Experience moving a retention or activation metric that mattered
- Comfortable with financial modeling: can build a unit economics model for a cashback program
- Data first: define metrics before building, run clean experiments
- Strong writer: specs are unambiguous, briefs give CRM and engineering what they need
- Cross functional range: worked across product, engineering, marketing, and finance

About Dreampass
- Dreampass is Trevolution's travel subscription product — a loyalty and benefits program sold across ASAP Tickets, Skylux Travel, Vagamo and Oojo.
- Members earn Dreamcoins on every booking, access travel benefits (eSIM, lounge access, insurance, hotels), and redeem cashback on future trips.
- The program has real traction — over 200,000 bookings, $6.4M in Dreamcoins issued — but the growth mechanics haven't been built yet.
- This role exists to build the growth system that turns Dreampass into a self sustaining flywheel.
What You'll Own
- Dreamcoin Loyalty Program: Design and maintain the earn structure, own redemption policy, launch welcome and renewal bonuses, model program unit economics, own program health metrics.
- Member Activation & Lifecycle: Identify the 'aha moment', build and maintain the member lifecycle framework, translate into CRM brief, drive Dreamcoin redemption.
- Retention & Monetization: Own the freemium upgrade path, design save offers, define renewal strategy, build win back approach.
- Growth Loops & Acquisition: Own the Dreamcoin referral program, design engagement trigger architecture, drive freemium engagement flywheel.
- Experimentation & Analytics: Maintain prioritized experiment backlog, own growth dashboard, ensure clean analytics tracking, run cohort deep dives.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in product management, with meaningful time in growth, lifecycle, or loyalty — ideally in a subscription or travel business.
- You have moved a retention or activation metric that mattered.
- Comfortable with financial modeling: you can build a unit economics model for a cashback program and defend your assumptions to a finance team.
- Data first: you define metrics before you build, run clean experiments, and don't confuse correlation with causation.
- Strong writer: your specs are unambiguous, your briefs give CRM and engineering what they need to execute without a follow up meeting.
- Cross functional range: you've worked across product, engineering, marketing, and finance — and you know when to align vs. when to decide.
Nice to Have
- Background in airline, hotel, or subscription loyalty — earn/burn mechanics, tier design, program economics.
- Experience designing referral programs or consumer virality mechanics.
- Hands on with CRM and push notification platforms.
- Experience managing a product across multiple brands or customer segments.
- Exposure to subscription billing, dunning, and save flow mechanics.
