- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Data driven mindset, capable of using metrics and performance insights to refine growth strategies
- Ability to work on site in the United Arab Emirates
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field

Role Description
- The Growth Partner is a full time, on site role based in the United Arab Emirates, responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic expansion for Predflow.
- Identify and qualify high potential prospects, lead discovery conversations, and co design agentic automation solutions that address clients’ operational challenges.
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, collaborate with product and technical teams to translate customer needs into solutions, and guide prospects through pilots and implementations.
- Develop account strategies, nurture long term relationships with key stakeholders, and track performance metrics to continuously improve go to market approaches.
- Contribute to market positioning, gather customer feedback, and share insights to inform product and service enhancements.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in B2B technology or operations focused solutions.
- Proven ability to understand and map complex business processes, particularly in operations, supply chain, finance, or similar domains.
- Comfort working with AI, automation, or software products, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear business terms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of closing or growing strategic accounts.
- Data driven mindset, capable of using metrics and performance insights to refine growth strategies and customer approaches.
