About the Role
WEEK8 HOLDINGS is hiring a Growth Operations Manager in Dubai to drive user acquisition and product operations for AI products. The role requires 3+ years of experience in growth or operations, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies across multiple AI products
- Manage user acquisition channels including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Telegram, Reddit, and local communities
- Track and optimize key growth metrics including CAC, retention, engagement, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing partners, influencers, and local agencies
- Monitor product performance and user feedback
- Analyze user behavior and provide actionable recommendations to product teams
- Design and execute growth campaigns, referral programs, and engagement activities
- Support localization efforts for Middle East and international markets
- Build and manage online communities
- Develop content strategies for AI social, AI reading, and short video products
- Conduct competitive analysis of AI companion apps, AI story platforms, and short video products
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Growth, Operations, Product Operations, or User Growth
- Experience in consumer internet products (social, content, gaming, entertainment, short video, reading apps, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data driven decision making
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Chinese language proficiency is a strong plus

- Experience in consumer internet products (social, content, gaming, entertainment, short video, reading apps, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data driven decision making.

- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Experience working with AI products, social apps, companion apps, or content platforms (preferred).
- Experience in international markets, especially Middle East or Southeast Asia (preferred).
- Experience managing influencer/KOL campaigns (preferred).
- Chinese language proficiency is a strong plus.
- Startup experience is highly preferred.
Compensation
- Salary: AED 15,000 to AED 30,000 per month.
- Job type: Full time, Contract (36 months).
