Responsibilities
- Own SEO strategy and execution across technical, on page, and programmatic
- Run technical SEO investigations and build reporting layer using tools like Google Search Console, Advanced Web Ranking, and Google Analytics 4
- Contribute to paid search on Google Ads and support app growth via App campaigns and mobile attribution
- Build dashboards and reporting across channels, analyze dealer and segment performance, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years in SEO, growth, or performance marketing, ideally in a marketplace or high volume consumer business
- Deep, hands on SEO expertise across technical and on page work
- Strong command of GSC and rank tracking tools such as Advanced Web Ranking
- Working knowledge of paid media and app marketing
- Comfort with analytics tools and ability to build reporting
- Strong analytical skills and clear communication with senior audiences

About the Role
- DubiCars is one of the UAE's leading used car classifieds marketplaces.
- Looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to own SEO end to end while contributing across paid search and app marketing.
- This is a hands on, data driven role for someone who can turn analysis into measurable lead growth.
What You'll Do
- Own SEO strategy and execution across technical, on page, and programmatic — Core Web Vitals, structured data, site architecture, and scaling category and inventory pages.
- Run technical SEO investigations and build the reporting layer (rank tracking, organic lead attribution) using tools such as Google Search Console, Advanced Web Ranking, and Google Analytics 4.
- Contribute to paid search on Google Ads (bid strategies, page feeds, competitor targeting) and support app growth via App campaigns and mobile attribution.
- Build dashboards and reporting across channels, analyse dealer and segment performance, and present confident, numbers backed recommendations to senior stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in SEO, growth, or performance marketing, ideally in a marketplace or high volume consumer business.
- Deep, hands on SEO expertise across technical and on page work, with strong command of GSC and rank tracking tools such as Advanced Web Ranking.
