Purpose of Position

• CASETiFY is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager / Growth Creative Strategy Manager / Creative Strategist dedicated to finding winning creatives, optimizing them, and scaling their success to drive tangible business growth. Your ultimate goal is not just to build brand image, but to deliver measurable business impact - acquiring new customers, driving DTC revenue, and improving unit economics. You must deeply understand the clear criteria for what makes a winning creative, recognizing that these benchmarks constantly evolve alongside the algorithms of Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• This is not a pure execution role; it requires a relentless growth mindset that drills down into the "why" behind performance data and immediately creates the "how" to execute the next iteration. You will use advanced data platforms to understand exactly why an ad wins or loses, applying those insights to lead cross-functional teams in producing high-converting, trust-building content tailored specifically for the US consumer that directly impacts the bottom line. At the core of this content is compelling storytelling; you will act as the voice of the brand, translating our values into authentic narratives that build deep trust and long-term relationships with our customers.

• Find the Winning Formula: Utilize hands-on creative analysis experience to drill into performance data. Track metrics like Hook Rate, Hold Rate, View Rate, and CVR to continuously define and refine what makes a winning asset based on current platform algorithms.
