Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Growth Marketing Manager to join our team on-site at our Jeddah office.

The Growth Marketing Manager will oversee and implement growth strategies to optimize marketing campaigns, use analytics tools to measure performance, and refine customer acquisition funnels.

Responsibilities include managing marketing projects, executing marketing automation processes, and leveraging data insights for continual improvement.

The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results for both Scalera and our clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Growth Marketing, with demonstrated experience designing and managing strategies for scalable growth
  • Proven expertise in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to track performance metrics and inform decision-making
  • Strong background in Project Management, including multitasking and delivering projects on time
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Understanding of regional market trends and consumer behavior in Saudi Arabia is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
