Responsibilities
- Hit monthly qualified lead target
- Work hand in hand with sales team and other teams
- Run influencer and community integrations across international business audiences
- Lift landing page and website conversion informed by client demos, market analytics, and customer research
- Run and grow multi language websites (English, Spanish)
- Run performance channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) through contractors or hands on
Requirements
- 3+ years lead generation through paid channels
- 2+ years influencer marketing
- Experience generating lead flow through influencer integrations end to end
- Ability to turn client and market data into marketing messages and landing pages
- Experience with paid channels as a sales tool
- Experience building performance channel operations for international markets
- English at B2+ level

Role Description
- The metric you own: the number of qualified leads and paying clients acquired through marketing channels. This is a role with direct revenue impact.
- Today it's a hands on, self driven role — a playing coach who runs the channels personally. With the potential to grow into a lead position with a team.
- The product is a global contractor management platform.
What you'd own
- Hitting a monthly qualified lead target
- Working hand in hand with the sales team and other teams
- Running influencer and community integrations across international business audiences (Telegram, LinkedIn, offline, and more) to bring in new B2B clients
- Lifting landing page and website conversion, informed by client demos, market analytics, and customer research
- Running and growing our multi language websites (English, Spanish)
- Running performance channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others) — through contractors or hands on
Must have
- You generate lead flow through influencer integrations end to end: sourcing, copy, negotiation, outreach, contracts, ad labeling & compliance, analytics
- You turn client and market data into marketing messages, offers, and landing pages
- You treat paid channels as a sales tool, not a reach tool
- You lift website conversion and are ready to repackage pages regularly
- You build performance channel operations for international markets
- You manage contractors: kick off and keep the rhythm, hold KPIs and deadlines, give feedback
- English at B2+ (for producing marketing materials)
- Lead generation — 3+ years (through paid channels)
- Influencer marketing — 2+ years
