Growth Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented marketing professional to join our Growth team.

This individual will support a variety of firm growth initiatives, with a primary focus on proposal development, event coordination, and marketing operations.

This role will also provide administrative support across key marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content management, CRM administration, and special projects.

This position plays an important role within a small, collaborative Growth team and is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, coordinating logistics, and supporting a wide range of marketing activities in a fast-paced professional services environment.

• Coordinate the development and production of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials
• Manage proposal requests, timelines, deadlines, and communication with internal stakeholders
• Maintain proposal content, templates, and marketing collateral to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Support proposal-related reporting and help track activity, deadlines, and outcomes
• Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing and business development initiatives

• Coordinate logistics for firm-sponsored events, conferences, networking activities, webinars, and client programs
• Assist with registration, communications, attendee management, and event materials
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful event execution
• Track event participation and assist with post-event follow-up and reporting
