About the Role
Orisha Real Estate is seeking a Growth Manager to drive acquisition and retention strategy for its PropTech software solutions. The role involves managing paid campaigns, go-to-market strategies, CRM automation, and leading a team.

Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) in synergy with Group Marketing
- Design and deploy automated multi channel acquisition sequences to generate leads
- Define and execute Go To Market strategies for new software offerings
- Design and execute targeted CRM campaigns for up sell and cross sell opportunities
- Manage CRM operations including segmentation, data imports, and lead distribution
- Play a key role in migrating the current CRM to Salesforce
- Supervise, train, and develop an apprentice dedicated to the Growth team
Requirements
- Confirmed experience in Growth Marketing or Demand Generation, ideally in B2B software or PropTech
- Excellent copywriting skills for conversion
- Proficiency with automation and multi channel prospecting tools (e.g., La Growth Machine, Brevo)
- Preferably mastery of Salesforce and its integration/segmentation logic
- Strong analytical mindset and results orientation
- Fluent in French and English
- Experience mentoring junior profiles is a plus

- Pilot automations, RevOps, and migration to Salesforce.
- Manage and grow a team including an apprentice.
Who are you?
