Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion strategies
- Build and execute demand generation and Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs
- Optimize lead generation, funnel conversion, and marketing operations
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to improve growth metrics
- Lead experimentation, analytics, and conversion rate optimization initiatives
- Contribute directly to ARR growth and revenue acceleration
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Revenue Operations, or Product Growth
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of driving pipeline, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools
