Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop growth initiatives.
- Analyze performance metrics and refine strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Build strong relationships with clients and gather feedback to improve services.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting tools.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales, or growth roles, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or technology driven services.
- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in multi modal shipping, freight forwarding, or digital logistics platforms is an advantage.

Role Description
- The Growth Executive is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi, focused on driving customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.
- Day to day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospects, and conducting meetings and presentations.
- The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop growth initiatives, analyzing performance metrics, and refining strategies.
- The Growth Executive will also build strong relationships with clients, gather feedback to improve services, and maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, or growth roles, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or technology driven services.
- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, with the ability to meet and exceed growth targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and data analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and support decision making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a customer focused approach to building long term partnerships.
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi, collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, and adapt in a fast paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
