- Own and grow the Abu Dhabi market by identifying, approaching, and winning new shipper accounts
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, market mapping, referrals, cold outreach, and client meetings
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Convert existing freight relationships and market connections into active business
- Understand client shipping requirements and coordinate internally to propose suitable logistics solutions
- Promote multi modal freight solutions across land, ocean, and air transportation
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, client segments, and industry trends
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, commercial proposals, and sales updates
- Negotiate with prospective clients and support the closing of new business
- Track sales activity, opportunities, performance metrics, and pipeline progress using CRM tools
- Collaborate with operations, product, and leadership teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Contribute to go to market initiatives, campaigns, and territory development plans
Requirements
- Hands on experience in B2B freight, logistics, land transportation, ocean freight, or freight forwarding
- Existing network of client relationships in the Abu Dhabi freight market
- Proven ability to open new shipper accounts and build sales pipeline
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools for tracking sales activity

About the Role
- Our client is looking for a driven and commercially minded Growth Executive to join their team in Abu Dhabi.
- This is a pure new business role focused on opening new shipper accounts, building a strong sales pipeline, and converting freight relationships into booked revenue.
- The ideal candidate is a proactive sales hunter with hands on experience in B2B freight, logistics, land transportation, ocean freight, or freight forwarding.
- This role is best suited for someone who already understands the Abu Dhabi freight market, has an existing network of client relationships, and is motivated by targets, ownership, and performance based rewards.
