iTmethods is hiring a remote, AI-native Growth Engineer who reports to the CMO and partners with the CRO and VP Engineering.

The role owns high-velocity agentic go-to-market across Reign Ops, Reign Factory, Reign Gateway, and Reign Assurance.

This is an operator role spanning growth, product, sales, operations, internal systems, and other high-leverage company needs.

Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline across the product portfolio.
Orchestrate repeatable agentic launch and demand-engineering playbooks as products ship.
Configure and automate HubSpot, Clay, Claude agents, ZoomInfo, and internal Campaign Manager and Sales Manager systems.
Maintain encoded product ICPs, clean segments, continuous scoring, and disciplined measurement.
Run governed agent and workflow execution through Reign Gateway, with Reign Assurance supporting evidence preparation.
Provide sales enablement, product launch support, internal tooling, operations automation, research, and other cross-functional execution.
