About the Role
Finvise, a London-based valuation firm, seeks a Growth & Digital Marketing Lead to build and run digital go-to-market from the ground up. You will design automated marketing workflows, own the full funnel, and work closely with the CEO and Head of Sales in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute a digital go to market strategy for Finvise
- Build agentic, automated marketing workflows for outbound and inbound demand generation
- Identify and target decision makers and build campaigns that convert them into paying clients
- Own the full funnel: targeting, messaging, nurture, conversion, and reporting
- Plan and deliver webinars end to end
- Support Head of Sales with CRM maintenance, meeting notes, and pipeline management
Requirements
- Proven B2B digital go to market experience generating paying clients
- Hands on with modern marketing automation and agentic tooling
- Strong knowledge of GTM tech stack (Clay, Apollo, HeyReach, frontier models)
- Strong outbound and account based marketing skills
- Fluent with CRMs and sales databases
- Experience running webinars or online events
- Based in Dubai or ready to relocate

- Finvise is a London based, fast growing, new generation valuation firm RICS regulated, delivering institutional property valuations in hours through proprietary technology.
The role
- You will build and run our digital go to market from the ground up. This is not a media buying role; we are looking for someone who builds modern, agentic marketing systems.
What you will do
- Design and execute a digital go to market strategy for Finvise
- Build agentic, automated marketing workflows for outbound and inbound demand generation
- Identify and target the right decision makers and build campaigns that convert them into qualified conversations and paying clients
- Own the full funnel: targeting, messaging, nurture, conversion, and reporting on what works
- Plan and deliver webinars end to end topics, speakers, promotion, production, follow up
- Support the Head of Sales on the admin side: maintain the CRM and prospect databases, record and organise meeting notes, keep the pipeline clean and current
What we are looking for
- Proven B2B digital go to market experience — you have taken a product or service to market digitally and generated paying clients, not just leads
- Hands on with modern marketing automation and agentic tooling; you build systems, not just campaigns
- Strong knowledge of the modern GTM tech stack, such as Clay, Apollo, HeyReach and of frontier models applied to marketing
- Strong outbound and account based marketing skills
- Fluent with CRMs and sales databases; organised and reliable on the operational detail
- Experience running webinars or online events
- Based in Dubai, or ready to relocate; this is an in office role
Nice to have
- Background in financial services, property, or B2B services sold to institutions
- Experience working directly with founders in an early stage, fast moving environment
Terms
- Full time, based in our Dubai office in the heart of DIFC, working directly with the CEO
