We’re looking for a Growth Operations & Analytics Lead to partner closely with our BD and Marketing leaders . These are people who excel at building relationships, storytelling, and executing deals—and you’ll be their operational and analytical counterpart, ensuring decisions and performance are backed by data, systems, and insights.

This is not a back-office reporting role. You’ll build the muscle that lets our business teams see around corners—owning the data, the processes, and the experiments that keep the business performing. You’ll connect metrics to action: where we grow, how we acquire users, how our partnerships perform, and how we optimize ROI across campaigns and deals.

Act as the data and operations lead for BD and Marketing—owning insights, automation, and performance visibility.

Design and automate reporting systems and dashboards for revenue, partnerships, and marketing campaigns across Snowflake and third-party tools (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).

Build and monitor A/B tests and experimentation frameworks with Product and Data teams, applying statistical rigor to separate causation from correlation.

Identify and communicate actionable insights that drive user growth, partner success, and marketing ROI.
