Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, this is a high-impact role where you will use your horticultural expertise and relationship-building skills to ensure optimal fruit quality and supply.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with citrus growers to ensure short and long-term procurement of fruit
Provide consultation on best horticulture practices, harvest projections, execution, and quality assurance
Maintain a comprehensive grower database and execute grower contracts

Deliver daily feedback to growers on fruit quality and improvement methods
Develop efficient procedures for fruit reception at the processing plant
Provide timely and accurate harvest projections to the business
Maintain records of chemical applications and farm maps
Represent the company at professional meetings and conferences
Assist with plant variety recommendations and nursery procurement
Prepare KCT grower registrations and participate in farm audits
Perform related duties as required
Proven experience in grower/manager, sales, or consulting preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to nurture relationships
Proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, and electronic communications
Ability to make projections with limited data and make critical decisions under pressure
Effective time management and organizational skills
Adaptability to change and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work extended hours and Saturdays during peak seasons
