Grower Service Representative

Pacific Fresh is a citrus packing facility that lies within the heart of the Murrumbidgee Irrigation area. We source a large variety of locally grown citrus accessed from partner farms in the Riverina Region of NSW. Our purpose is to ensure that the product is processed, packed, and dispatched in a safe and timely manner. As an employee of Pacific Fresh you would be a vital part of that process. Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, this is a high-impact role where you will use your horticultural expertise and relationship-building skills to ensure optimal fruit quality and supply.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with citrus growers to ensure short and long-term procurement of fruit

Provide consultation on best horticulture practices, harvest projections, execution, and quality assurance

Maintain a comprehensive grower database and execute grower contracts
