Position Information

Role Overview
Negotiate group sales rates, concessions, and contract terms within approved authority levels.
Support the sales team, resolve guest needs, and maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
Sales and Contract Management
- Draft and issue Group Sales Agreements according to hotel policies and legal clauses.
- Manage cut-off dates, attrition, and cancellation clauses with Reservations and Revenue.
- Escalate contract exceptions to the Manager.
- Use upselling and other sales techniques to maximize revenue.
Team Support and Training
- Mentor Sales Executives and Coordinators and review their proposals and contracts.
- Train new joiners on Opera, CI/TY, SFAWeb, proposal tools, and Marriott standards.
- Serve as the first escalation point for the team when the Manager is absent.
- Assist management with employee training and motivation.
