Group Product Manager, Product Solutions (Remote)

Experience working on complex systems and with enterprise customers, navigating competing needs and constraints (required)

7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers, in high-growth or complex environments

Experience managing strong PMs, setting direction while empowering ownership and independent decision-making

Ability to operate in ambiguity, define problems, and lead teams in delivering new solutions from early stages to production

Proven track record of driving products or systems from concept to real-world impact, balancing speed, quality, and scale

Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, working closely with engineering, AI, GTM, and customers

This isn't a typical product role. You won't inherit a roadmap. Every engagement starts with a real enterprise customer and a real problem. The hardest part of the job is finding the right one: the use case that delivers true business value, with a clear ROI and the success metrics you define up front. Then you take it from first idea to a deployed solution. You'll work in a true 0→1 environment, shipping AI products to Fortune 500 customers in days, not months. From day one you'll have real ownership: shaping direction, making the product calls, and leading a team through ambiguity. You'll work closely with founders and senior leaders in a fast-moving company where things actually get built.
