About the Role
Unframe is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a team of Product Managers and own a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions. You will operate in a highly ambiguous environment, deeply understand customer needs, and drive solutions from concept to production.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Product Managers working on complex, high impact AI solutions in production
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to identify high value problems and define what to build
- Operate in high ambiguity, shaping opportunities where requirements are not clearly defined
- Drive the development of new solutions from early stages to production, making key product and trade off decisions
- Own a portfolio of solutions across one or more enterprise customers, setting priorities across multiple parallel initiatives
- Balance speed of execution with long term scalability, quality, and product thinking
- Identify patterns across solutions and push for reuse and productization
- Mentor and develop Product Managers
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers, in high growth or complex environments
- Experience managing strong PMs, setting direction while empowering ownership and independent decision making
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, define problems, and lead teams in building new solutions from early stages to production
- Proven track record of driving products or systems from concept to real world impact
- Experience working on complex systems and with enterprise customers
- Strong cross functional leadership and communication skills
