Wave is looking for a Group Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for customer-facing experiences. You will define vision, manage a team of Product Managers, and collaborate across functions to deliver seamless experiences blending technology and human expertise.

Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and success metrics for your product area
- Define and evolve product experiences that blend digital capabilities with human assisted services
- Partner with Product and business leaders to identify opportunities where technology, human expertise, and service delivery can drive improved customer outcomes
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Customer Success, Operations, and other business leaders to deliver cohesive customer experiences
- Develop high performing teams that utilize continuous product discovery best practices and modern SDLC methodologies
- Translate strategy into execution by helping teams make effective trade offs, prioritize investments, and deliver against product outcomes
- Craft business cases, understand financial impacts, and define and execute business and customer benefit OKRs
- Inspire, align, and influence across functions, navigating dependencies, ambiguity, and organizational complexity
- Identify and leverage AI enabled capabilities and workflows to improve customer experience, product velocity, and quality
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, providing coaching, direction, and growth opportunities
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives, learning, coaching, operational excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience defining and executing product vision and strategy for complex customer facing products, services, or platforms
- Deep SaaS product management experience across growth stage and scaled product environments, ideally within financial services, business services, or adjacent industries
- Demonstrated ability to partner across Product, Customer Success, Operations, Design, Engineering, and Data teams
- Proven ability to define product strategy, derive requirements, analyze trade offs, and prioritize investments across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong people leadership experience, including leading Product Managers, developing talent, setting priorities, and building high performing teams
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, including experience building business cases, evaluating tradeoffs, and aligning product investments to customer value and financial outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data related field, or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in product management to include leading large mission critical products, with a minimum of 2+ years leading SaaS product teams at the Group level or above
