Role overview
The Group Product Manager leads the Membr product management team across the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.
The role combines people leadership with hands-on product strategy for enterprise and SMB gym software customers.
The role reports strategic priorities into product roadmaps and drives customer, commercial, and operational outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Shape and communicate a focused Membr product vision.
- Translate strategic direction into roadmaps and priorities with the VP of Product and Engineering.
- Lead discovery, prioritisation, roadmap definition, and delivery for complex product problems.
- Partner with enterprise customers, commercial teams, and senior stakeholders to validate opportunities and shape investment decisions.
- Lead AI transformation within the product function and modernise product practices.
- Manage planning, risks, dependencies, and delivery transparency across product areas.
- Strengthen collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Commercial teams.
- Contribute to talent planning and hiring within the Fitness and Wellness vertical.
