We are a growing and dynamic F&B group in Dubai operating
5 restaurant outlets
, currently seeking a
highly experienced Restaurant Operations Manager
to take full ownership of performance, drive turnaround, and lead the business toward sustained profitability.
This role is ideal for a
hands-on leader
who thrives in improving underperforming outlets, building strong teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- **Business Performance & Profitability**
- Drive revenue growth across all outlets through strategic planning and execution
- Improve overall profitability by controlling costs, optimizing operations, and increasing efficiency
- Analyze daily/weekly sales reports and implement corrective actions
- **Operations Management**
- Oversee end-to-end operations of 5 outlets ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
- Maintain high standards in
- food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Ensure SOPs are implemented and followed across all branches
- **Customer Experience Excellence**
- Elevate guest satisfaction levels through service improvements
- Monitor customer feedback and implement actionable improvements
- Build a culture of hospitality and service excellence
- **Team Leadership & Development**
- Lead, train, and motivate restaurant teams across all locations
- Conduct regular staff training on service standards, product knowledge, and upselling
- Build a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs
- **Menu & Product Management**
- Work closely with kitchen teams on
- menu engineering and optimization
- Ensure food cost control, portion consistency, and waste reduction
- Introduce new ideas to improve menu performance and guest appeal
- **Sales & Growth Strategy**
- Develop and execute strategies to increase footfall and repeat business
- Identify opportunities for promotions, partnerships, and upselling
- Strengthen dine-in experience while optimizing delivery performance
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in
Hotel Management Or Hospitality
- Minimum
- 5–8 years experience
- in multi-outlet restaurant operations
- Proven track record in
- turnaround of underperforming outlets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Deep understanding of
- food cost control, P&L, and restaurant KPIs
- Hands-on, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure
- UAE experience is highly preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
