Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy for the group’s real estate, hospitality, and facilities management portfolio
- Ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across all projects
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Oversee digital and offline channels
- Manage brand positioning for existing and upcoming developments
- Conduct market research, analyze customer and competitor insights, and use data to optimize campaigns and budgets
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, sales, operations, and external agencies to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Mentor and manage a marketing team, establishing processes and ensuring timely delivery of all marketing activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within real estate, hospitality, or related industries
- Strong skills in marketing strategy, brand management, and campaign planning
- Hands on experience with digital marketing, including social media, performance marketing, content marketing, and analytics
- Competence in market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a high performing marketing team
- Experience coordinating external partners such as creative agencies, media buyers, PR firms, and research vendors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Solid project management skills, including budgeting, timeline management, and prioritization
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred
