About the Role
Reporting to Executive Management, the Group Legal Counsel will serve as the principal legal adviser to the Group, providing commercially focused legal guidance across multiple.

Responsibilities
- Serve as principal legal adviser to Executive Management across all Group companies
- Advise on corporate, commercial, employment, manufacturing, engineering, construction, procurement, environmental, regulatory, governance, compliance, and international trade matters
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements
- Lead management of litigation, arbitration, dispute resolution, claims, regulatory investigations
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws in UAE, KSA, and other jurisdictions
- Advise on corporate governance, Board resolutions, shareholder matters, company restructuring, M&A, investments
- Develop and implement legal policies, governance frameworks, compliance programs, and risk management strategies
- Identify legal risks and provide commercially practical recommendations
- Provide legal guidance on employment matters, intellectual property, insurance, regulatory compliance, procurement, and operational issues
- Manage relationships with external law firms, government authorities, regulatory bodies
- Provide professional legal oversight to Legal Manager and Contracts Manager
- Support business leaders with timely, practical, and commercially sound legal advice
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law
- Experience in UAE and KSA legal frameworks
- Experience in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
- Ability to lead a legal function and manage external counsel

Overview
- Reporting to Executive Management, the Group Legal Counsel will serve as the principal legal adviser to the Group.
- Provide commercially focused legal guidance across multiple companies and business sectors.
- Lead the Group's legal function, ensuring legal compliance, managing corporate legal risk, supporting strategic business initiatives.
- Work closely with existing Legal Manager and Contracts Manager.
Key Responsibilities
