Group Learning, Leadership & Development Manager

• Develop and deliver Rank Interactive's global learning and development strategy, aligned to business priorities and future capability requirements.
• Design and continuously improve scalable learning solutions, frameworks, curricula and career pathways that support colleague growth and organisational performance – delivering programmes in Mauritius and remotely or via HRBPs for our global locations.
• Partner with business leaders and the wider People team to strengthen organisational culture, embed leadership behaviours and support change initiatives that drive engagement and performance.
• Lead the facilitation and delivery of learning and leadership programmes within the Mauritius operation.
• Build learning capability across global locations through coaching, mentoring and supporting trainers, facilitators and managers.
• Partner with business leaders and People teams to identify capability gaps and implement targeted learning and organisational development solutions.
• Support talent management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives across the organisation.
• Manage learning technologies, digital learning content and learning analytics to maximise engagement and measure impact.
• Manage learning budgets and external providers, ensuring value for money and high-quality outcomes, including owning the HRDC refund process.
• Promote innovation and the use of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled learning tools, to enhance learning effectiveness, scalability and business impact.

What's Needed for Success - Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven experience designing, implementing and evaluating learning and development strategies, programmes and solutions within a complex organisation.
• Experience identifying capability gaps and translating business needs into impactful learning interventions.
• Experience designing and facilitating leadership, management and professional development programmes.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to influence learning priorities and drive capability development.
• Experience developing and supporting trainers, facilitators or subject matter experts to deliver effective learning solutions.
• Experience utilising learning technologies, data and analytics to measure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Experience within technology, digital, gaming, leisure or hospitality environments would be advantageous.
• Experience using AI tools and an understanding of emerging technologies is desirable.
• Degree, CIPD, CPTD, LPI or equivalent professional qualification is desirable.
