Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Group Information Technology Manager for an expanding K-12 school network in the UAE.
The role reports directly to the CEO and leads technology strategy and operations across multiple campuses.
The position is responsible for secure, scalable, innovative technology aligned with educational and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the group-wide IT strategy and technology roadmap.
- Oversee infrastructure, cloud services, networks, cybersecurity, and business continuity.
- Lead educational technology initiatives supporting teaching, learning, and student outcomes.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, identity management, enterprise applications, and integrations.
- Drive digital transformation across admissions, HR, finance, CRM, attendance, and school operations.
- Lead and develop school-based IT teams across multiple campuses.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, vendor relationships, and technology projects.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, safeguarding, and data protection requirements.
- Support new school openings, campus expansions, and strategic technology initiatives.
