Role overview
Lead the HR function across a growing group operating in real estate, contracting, design, and other sectors.
Work directly with the CEO as a strategic HR leader.
Responsibilities
- Build the group HR function from the ground up.
- Design organizational structures, policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Develop performance management, succession planning, grading, and reward systems.
- Lead senior-level talent acquisition and leadership development.
- Drive HR digital transformation and HRIS/ERP implementation.
- Build a high-performance, accountable culture across the group.
Requirements
- Proven success building or transforming HR functions.
- Strong organizational development and strategic HR expertise.
- Experience within multi-company or holding-group environments.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Arabic and English fluency is preferred.
- Odoo experience is an advantage.
