Line manages the Group Financial Controller, acts as the primary financial partner to the Group Leader and BU Managing Directors, and works on a dotted-line basis with the Portfolio CFO for the Eskenazi Portfolio.
Areas of Responsibility Group Financial Strategy & Planning
• Set the financial strategy for the Group, aligned to Modaxo's financial policies.
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-range financial planning across all four businesses.
• Own the Group's Quarterly Strategic Review (QSR) process — sales pipeline and cost analysis, forecast development and identification of improvement opportunities — and ensure QSR action points are followed through.
• Recommend and lead initiatives to improve ROIC, working capital and growth performance across the Group; advise the Group Leader and BU Managing Directors on market and deal pricing for new business.

Areas of Responsibility Group Financial Strategy & Planning
Profile You will be an experienced finance leader with a track record of owning financial control and reporting across multiple businesses or entities, ideally within a multi-entity or private equity-backed group structure spanning more than one country.
Desirable: experience in a software, technology or B2G/B2B services business; experience integrating newly acquired businesses into a Group finance function; experience working across Portugal, Italy, the UK and/or Israel.
