Group Chief Investment Officer (CIO) & Managing Director

  • Develop and execute the Group's investment strategy and long term capital deployment framework.

Group Investment Strategy & Capital Allocation

  • Develop and execute the Group's investment strategy and long term capital deployment framework.
  • Identify new sectors, markets, platforms and investment opportunities aligned to the Group's strategic objectives.
  • Provide strategic investment recommendations to the CEO, Board and Executive Committee
  • Evaluate investment opportunities against agreed risk, return and strategic criteria.
  • Maintain oversight of investment performance and value creation initiatives across the Group.

Mergers, Acquisitions & Strategic Transactions

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of acquisition, investment and strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Lead transaction origination, structuring, negotiation and execution activities.
  • Manage due diligence processes across financial, commercial, operational and legal workstreams.
  • Lead negotiations with counterparties, investors, lenders and advisors.
  • Oversee transaction execution through to completion and integration planning.
  • Build relationships with investment banks, advisors, sponsors and transaction partners.

Capital Raising & Investor Relations

  • Lead institutional investor engagement and capital formation activities.
  • Develop relationships with family offices, sovereign entities, DFIs, institutional investors, banks and strategic funding partners.
  • Lead fundraising initiatives across equity, debt and alternative investment structures.
  • Oversee the AMC and PPN capital raising programmes.
  • Support the development of new investment products and funding structures.
  • Lead investor presentations, roadshows and strategic capital discussions.

Public Markets & Listing Readiness

  • Lead the Group's reverse merger and public market readiness strategy.
  • Identify and evaluate potential listing opportunities and strategic transactions.
  • Manage relationships with financial advisers, listing sponsors, legal advisers and capital market participants.
  • Oversee listing preparation activities, governance readiness and investor positioning.
  • Support the CEO in evaluating future public market opportunities.

Portfolio Development & Value Creation

  • Drive value creation initiatives and strategic growth plans.
  • Support portfolio management teams with capital allocation and strategic decision making.
  • Review portfolio performance and identify opportunities for growth, optimisation and strategic repositioning.
  • Support board development and governance structures across portfolio entities.
  • Establish governance frameworks, board structures and oversight mechanisms across portfolio companies.

Executive Leadership & Governance

  • Serve as a member of the Executive Committee.
  • Contribute to Group strategy, capital planning and organisational development.
  • Lead investment governance and Investment Committee activities.
  • Ensure robust investment processes, risk management and decision making frameworks.
  • Maintain the highest standards of governance, ethics and fiduciary responsibility.

Executive Committee Reporting

  • Prepare and present monthly investment, capital markets and portfolio updates to the Executive Committee.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and progress updates on approved workstreams.
  • Support Group wide strategic planning and capital allocation discussions.

Experience

  • 15+ years' experience within investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, structured finance, project finance, principal investing or corporate development.
  • Proven track record of leading and closing complex transactions.
  • Experience leading acquisitions, strategic investments and capital raising initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success building investment platforms, investment portfolios or investment businesses.
  • Experience engaging institutional investors, sovereign entities, family offices and strategic capital providers.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, fundraising, corporate finance and investment structures.
  • Experience operating at Board, shareholder and executive leadership level.
  • Exposure to emerging markets, infrastructure, energy, financial services, technology or real assets sectors would be advantageous.
  • Experience supporting public market transactions, IPOs, reverse mergers or listing readiness programmes would be highly desirable.

Pay

  • AED 50,000.00 AED 60,000.00 per month
