Role Description

  • The Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full time, on site role based in Riyadh.
  • Responsible for leading the overall financial strategy and operations of IFG Holding and its subsidiaries.
  • Oversee financial planning and budgeting cycles, manage group wide cash flow, and ensure effective capital allocation.
  • Supervise preparation, consolidation, and analysis of financial statements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Partner with executive leadership to evaluate investments, support strategic decisions, and provide data driven insights.
  • Lead the finance team, strengthen internal controls, manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulators.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and governance.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Finance and Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
  • Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with experience in consolidation and adherence to IFRS.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills.
  • Extensive leadership experience in a senior finance role, preferably at group or holding company level.
  • Proven track record in cash flow management, banking relationships, fundraising, and investment evaluation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead high performing finance teams.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
  • Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required; master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experience working in or with Gulf region or Saudi based organizations preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
