Wise Wolves Group is a CySEC-authorised investment firm and a Central Bank of Cyprus-authorised Payment Institution.

The Vault provides institutional digital asset custody and infrastructure through regulated entities in Cyprus, Switzerland, the UAE, and the UK.

Build and run one finance function across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

Design and build the operating model, reporting architecture, systems stack, and control framework.

The team is small and the role is hands-on, particularly during the first year.

Own financial record integrity across entities and jurisdictions under IFRS and local statutory requirements.
Define accounting policy, chart of accounts, intercompany framework, and close calendar, targeting a five-working-day close.
Own consolidation and combination logic across entities on a documented and auditable basis.
Own external audits and deliver regulatory reporting on own funds, capital adequacy, and liquidity.
Own transfer pricing, intra-group service agreements, cost allocation, and the related-party register.

Own the Group budget and rolling forecast for P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, regulatory capital, and liquidity.
Build the long-range multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-revenue-engine Group model.
Own management reporting on unit economics, customer profitability, cost-to-serve, runway, and capital headroom.
Run monthly business reviews with commercial and product leadership.
Support fundraising and related-party transactions, including diligence and investor reporting.

Set Group treasury policy, risk appetite, limits, and capital planning.
Approve intra-group funding structures that are commercially justified, documented, and regulator-defensible.
Own delegation of authority, approval matrices, segregation of duties, payment controls, and evidence retention.
Establish internal audit coverage of finance processes and track remediation of findings.

Own the end-to-end finance systems architecture across ERP, general ledger, billing, revenue recognition, procurement, treasury, and reporting.
Define and enforce the finance data model covering entity, currency, cost centre, product, and counterparty.
Automate intercompany elimination, bank and blockchain reconciliation, and governed management reporting.
Deploy AI for document extraction, anomaly detection, variance commentary, and repetitive control checks with human review and auditability.
Use AI tooling personally to build models, queries, scripts, and prototypes.

Technical accounting capability in IFRS, group consolidation, statutory reporting, and clean audits.
Senior finance leadership in regulated financial services with exposure to regulatory capital and reporting.
Multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction, multi-currency finance experience, including intercompany and transfer pricing.
Experience building or materially rebuilding finance systems, processes, and controls.
Ability to personally build financial models for institutional diligence.
Practical daily use of LLM and agentic tools for coding, data, modelling, and automation.
SQL or equivalent skills and understanding of warehouse and BI architecture.

A genuine build role with ownership of the finance function from the ground up.
