Group Chief Executive Officer

The Group Chief Executive Officer at Sté HORTI DARAA will provide strategic leadership and oversight across all business units in a part-time, remote capacity.

The role involves setting and communicating long-term vision and goals, aligning business plans with organizational priorities, and monitoring performance against key metrics.

The Group CEO will oversee finance and operations, guide sales and market expansion initiatives, and ensure effective resource allocation across the group.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading executive meetings, making data-driven decisions, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and corporate governance standards.

The Group CEO will also mentor senior leaders, foster a culture of accountability and innovation, and represent the organization in high-level external engagements.

• Strong Finance expertise, including budgeting, financial analysis, and oversight of financial reporting.
• Proven experience in Operations Management to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and manage cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to define objectives, develop roadmaps, and drive sustainable growth.
• Background in Sales and commercial leadership, with the ability to develop market strategies and support key client relationships.
• Prior experience as a senior executive or group-level leader, preferably in multi-entity or international organizations.
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a track record of data-informed leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with boards, investors, partners, and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and maintain high professional standards.
• Relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Finance, or equivalent experience) is highly desirable.
