Role Summary
The Frontend Engineer or Lead Frontend Engineer will define and implement frontend application architecture.
The role focuses on high performance, scalability, seamless user experience, Magento modernization, micro-frontends, and internationalization.

Key Technologies
- React.js, Next.js, and Magento frontend technologies.
- Microservices and micro-frontend architecture.
- Internationalization and localization, performance optimization, and Core Web Vitals monitoring.
Job Responsibilities
- Design scalable React.js and Next.js frontend architecture and lead Magento modernization into microservices.
- Design micro-frontends for independent deployment and scaling.
- Optimize page speed and Core Web Vitals through audits and engineering best practices.
- Implement localization for multiple languages and themes and collaborate on localized user experiences.
- Define APIs with backend teams and collaborate with UX/UI designers.
- Mentor frontend teams, establish coding standards, improve development workflows, and implement automated testing.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience architecting high-performing frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, and other frontend technologies.
Technical Skills
- Experience with React.js, Next.js, Magento frontend architecture, microservices, and micro-frontends.
- Experience with performance optimization, web vitals, internationalization, localization, frontend build tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Redux or MobX, Jest or Cypress, backend technologies, API design, cloud services, or serverless architecture.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and application performance monitoring tools such as New Relic or Sentry.
