Attain Sports owns and manages four baseball teams: the Baltimore Orioles Double-A affiliate Chesapeake Baysox , the Baltimore Orioles High-A affiliate Aberdeen IronBirds , the MLB Draft League Frederick Keys , and the Atlantic League Professional Baseball Club Spire City Ghost Hounds .

Additionally, Attain Sports is an owner of the United Soccer League (USL) Championship Club Loudoun United FC .

• Daytime: Assist with edging, bullpen maintenance, mound/plate repair, and setting up batting practice equipment
• Pre-Game & In-Game: Assist with the removal of batting practices equipment, dragging of infield skin, chalking foul lines, removal of tarps, assisting with on-field activities
• Assist with non-baseball field events
• Other duties as assigned by Head Groundskeeper
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work and represent the IronBirds in a professional manner
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability and willingness to learn new techniques, skills, and practices
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and assist with the installation and removal of the field tarp in inclement weather situations
• Work hours include daytime, evenings, weekends and some holidays, as applicable
• Having/pursuing a turf management degree or prior turf experience
