Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom sessions using smart boards, digital classrooms, and modern teaching aids
- Prepare and maintain lesson plans, presentations, question banks, and training material
- Conduct internal assessments, mock exams, and progress evaluations
- Monitor student performance and provide academic guidance where required
- Maintain accurate student attendance, training records, and assessment documentation
- Update student progress and course delivery details on the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Adhere strictly to DGCA CARs, approved syllabi, and organisational procedures
- Support DGCA audits, inspections, and internal standardisation activities
- Coordinate with the CGI and training team for scheduling and academic planning
Requirements
- Must meet DGCA CAR requirements applicable for appointment as a Ground Instructor
- Valid aviation qualification such as CPL / ATPL / Flight Instructor / DGCA-approved Ground Instructor (as applicable)
- Minimum 0-1 years of experience in aviation ground training or a relevant instructional role
