Role Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and customer focused individual to join our team as a GRO (Guest Relations Officer).
  • This is a full time, on site role based in Doha, Qatar.
  • The GRO will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving any concerns, and providing information about our services.
  • They will assist in coordinating customer service activities and work to create positive experiences that strengthen customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and resolve issues professionally.
  • Proficiency in organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Customer service experience in a retail or customer facing environment.
  • A positive attitude and strong problem solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work in an on site, team oriented setting in Doha, Qatar.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or related fields are an advantage.
