The Grid Modernization Integration Lead is a senior technical consulting role responsible for the end-to-end design, configuration, testing and deployment of all integration interfaces within Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) programs.
This role serves as a trusted partner to utility clients and is suited to someone with a strong understanding of integration scope across the ADMS ecosystem, including AMI, CRM, IVR, WFM, EAM, and related systems.
This role ensures that all interfaces meet functional and performance requirements, as well as the operational reliability standards expected of mission-critical control room platforms.
Working alongside client IT/OT teams, external vendor architects, project management, and technical leadership, the Integration Lead helps ensure that data exchanges are reliable, secure, auditable, and compliant with applicable laws and requirements governing access controls and data protection.
Success in this role requires deep hands-on expertise in integration of products and technologies, along with operational awareness and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and partner agencies.

The salary range listed reflects a good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting.
A reasonable national base salary range for this position is $125,000.00 - $205,000.00 USD annually, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
This position is eligible to participate in a bonus program of up to 10% of annual compensation, subject to individual and organizational performance.
