About The Role

This role is responsible for overseeing 60+ highly strategic transformation projects, and building executive-grade governance office to manage GRC observations and tasks in

banking and finance industry only.

The role also covers collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and providing strategic insights to enhance business efficiency and unblock business challenges.

It is an on-site role based in Jeddah for duration 6 months.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end oversight of 60+ strategic programmes — RAG status, milestones, risks, dependencies
  • Design and run structured reporting rhythms for Higher Committee and EXCO
  • Proactively diagnose bottlenecks, cross-project conflicts, and delivery risks before they escalate
  • Drive issue resolution and unblock delivery — across workstreams, vendors, and senior stakeholders
  • Build and maintain the PMO operating model, governance cadence, and escalation framework
  • Manage audit liaison, compliance monitoring, and regulatory remediation tracking
  • Produce board-ready Governance Packs for Group Head and EXCO

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Program Management or Portfolio Management to organize and oversee complex projects effectively and efficiently (USING JIRA).
  • Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with different stakeholders and teams seamlessly, and to present to Executives confidently.
  • Excellent Presentation skills to prepare executive-level dashboards for reporting to CEO, HIgher Committee and Leadership with quick turnaround.
  • Deep understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of SAMA, SDAIA, NCA ECC, COBIT, ISO 31000, and structured delivery frameworks.
  • Sharp Analytical Instinct with the ability to assess risks and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in high-performance, high-pace, high-pressure environments.
  • Relevant certifications in project management or GRC, such as GRCP, PMP, PRINCE2, or CISA, are an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred.
