Reson8 Audio Visual Services is seeking a Graphics-Focused Project Manager based in New Delhi to manage event branding and printed graphics for a high-profile event from mid-July to October 2026.

Responsibilities
- Manage all event graphics from planning, production, installation, live event support, and dismantling
- Conduct site surveys and take accurate measurements for branding and graphic placements
- Coordinate with the Client Team, creative team, print vendors, production teams, venue teams, and installation crews
- Maintain a detailed graphics tracker covering artwork status, approvals, print timelines, delivery dates, installation status, and issue logs
- Manage artwork timelines, file transfers, proofing, print approvals, and final production sign offs
- Review print quality, colour accuracy, material specifications, finishing, and installation readiness
- Create and manage graphic placement plans, venue mapping, and installation references
- Ensure all printed graphics are produced, delivered, and installed as per approved specifications
- Support on site installation, event days, last minute changes, replacements, and dismantling
- Track risks, delays, vendor issues, and site challenges, and escalate them when required
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in event graphics, print production, exhibition branding, or corporate event branding execution
- Strong understanding of large format printing, event branding materials, substrates, vinyl, fabric prints, signage, wayfinding, and installation methods
- Experience working on hotels, conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, luxury events, or large scale brand activations
- Strong vendor management, production coordination, and quality control experience
- Ability to manage multiple graphics workstreams under tight timelines
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem solving skills
- Must be based in New Delhi or available locally for the full project duration

Role Summary
- We are looking for a Graphics Focused Project Manager based in New Delhi to manage the end to end execution of event branding and printed graphics for a high profile event.
- The role will involve managing graphic deliverables from planning to dismantling, including site measurements, artwork coordination, print production, quality checks, installation support, and vendor coordination.
- The candidate will work closely with the Client Team, creative team, print vendors, production team, venue team, and installation crew to ensure all branding elements are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Design, Events, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
