Graphic Designer, Video Editor & Social Media Executive

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media content, digital advertisements, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Film and edit property tours, reels, interviews, corporate videos, and promotional content.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos.
• Create motion graphics, captions, transitions, and engaging short-form content.
• Plan and manage content calendars, then schedule and publish content across major social platforms.
• Write captions, select hashtags, monitor engagement, and track audience growth.
• Prepare social media reports and recommend ideas to increase awareness, engagement, and leads.
• Maintain consistent branding and collaborate with marketing and sales teams while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, videography, and social media management.
• A strong portfolio and video showreel.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Good knowledge of cameras, lighting, composition, and audio recording.
• Understanding of social media strategy and analytics.
• Excellent creativity, communication, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
• Real estate marketing experience is preferred.
• A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
