Responsibilities
- Create high quality short form and long form videos including property tours, reels, ads, and lifestyle content
- Edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid advertising campaigns
- Design graphics, brochures, social media posts, carousels, and digital ads
- Develop engaging content ideas and scripts related to Dubai’s real estate market
- Stay updated with Dubai property trends, projects, and market insights
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual and digital content
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and listings
Requirements
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate marketing
- Strong skills in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar
- Proficiency in graphic design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
- Hands on experience as a social media content creator
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
