Key Responsibilities

  • **Video Production:**
  • Plan, shoot, and edit videos for various platforms (social media, websites, ads, corporate presentations).
  • **Storytelling:**
  • Develop compelling video concepts that align with brand goals.
  • **Camera Operation:**
  • Use professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
  • **Post-Production:**
  • Edit raw footage, add effects, graphics, and sound to create polished final products.
  • **Collaboration:**
  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
  • **Content Adaptation:**
  • Optimize videos for different formats, including short-form social media content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • **Equipment Maintenance:**
  • Manage video equipment, ensuring everything is in working order and up to date.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in
  • Film, Media, Communications, or a related field
  • (preferred but not mandatory).
  • **2+ years of experience**
  • in videography, video editing, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in video editing software:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects (preferred).
  • **Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and storytelling.**
  • **Experience in shooting with DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, drones, and gimbals.**
  • **Knowledge of color grading, motion graphics, and sound design**
  • is a plus.
  • Ability to work
  • under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • **Strong portfolio showcasing previous video work.**

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in
  • social media video trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
  • **Knowledge of 360-degree videos, VR, and live streaming.**
  • **Basic animation and motion graphics skills.**
  • **Strong organizational and time-management skills.**
