Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Create videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid advertisements.
• Develop concepts, hooks, scripts, and visual ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Edit promotional videos, social media content, testimonials, and presentations.
• Design social posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Shoot videos and photographs using professional cameras and smartphones.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, animations, transitions, music, and sound effects.
• Use AI tools to improve design, video, voiceover, and content-production efficiency.
• Work with marketing to increase engagement and generate leads.
• Maintain consistent branding and complete projects on time.

Requirements

• At least two years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Proven ability to create marketing-focused short videos that attract attention.
• Understanding of social media trends, hooks, storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Experience with video shooting, lighting, camera angles, and audio recording.
• Ability to use modern AI design and video-production tools.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, project management, and deadline management.
• Good English communication skills.
• CapCut or similar short-form editing experience is an advantage.

Compensation

• Full-time position paying AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.

Workplace

• The role is full-time and in-office in Dubai.
• Candidates must be available to work from the Dubai office.
