Responsibilities
- Create digital and print designs for social media, marketing campaigns, website content, brochures, flyers and promotional materials
- Produce branded visuals for dental, aesthetic, laser and training services
- Take professional photos and short videos of the clinic, staff, doctors, events, courses and approved patient related content
- Edit photos and basic videos for social media, website and marketing use
- Support the marketing team with creative concepts and campaign visuals
- Design presentations, infographics, signage, certificates and internal materials
- Organise and maintain the clinic’s digital asset library, including design files, photographs and video content
- Coordinate photo shoots, including lighting, backgrounds and basic direction
- Ensure all designs and images are consistent with the clinic’s brand and professional image
- Ensure all patient related content follows privacy, consent and confidentiality requirements
- Deliver work on time and manage multiple design requests in a fast paced clinic environment
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Photography, Visual Communication or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Photographer or Visual Content Creator
- Strong portfolio showing graphic design and photography work
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Canva or similar tools
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar software
- Good understanding of layout, typography, colour, lighting and composition
- Experience in healthcare, dentistry, aesthetics, beauty, wellness or luxury services is preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently, take feedback and meet deadlines

Position Overview
- The Graphic Designer / Photographer will be responsible for creating high quality visual content that supports the clinic’s brand, marketing campaigns, social media, website, patient communication and training activities.
- The ideal candidate must have a strong eye for clean, premium design and professional photography, with the ability to create visual content suitable for a medical and dental environment.
