Responsibilities
- Design product labels, packaging, stickers, boxes, and marketing materials
- Create artwork for perfumes, Oud, Bakhoor, and other fragrance products
- Prepare print ready files with accurate dimensions, colors, and specifications
- Design social media creatives, promotional materials, and branding assets
- Operate and maintain sticker printing, UV printing, and laser cutting machines
- Set up machines according to production requirements and monitor print quality
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines
- Coordinate with production team to meet daily production targets
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major faults
- Ensure safety procedures are followed while operating machinery
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with knowledge of print production
- Experience operating printing or laser cutting machines preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW or similar)
- Strong understanding of color management, print layouts, and file preparation
- Ability to multitask between creative design work and production operations
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

About the Role
- Real Oud Factory LLC is a premium fragrance company seeking a Graphic Designer cum Machine Operator.
- The role combines creative design with hands on machine operation in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities Graphic Design
- Design product labels, packaging, stickers, boxes, and marketing materials.
- Create artwork for perfumes, Oud, Bakhoor, and other fragrance products.
- Prepare print ready files with accurate dimensions, colors, and specifications.
- Design social media creatives, promotional materials, and branding assets when required.
- Ensure all designs align with the company's brand identity and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Machine Operation
- Operate and maintain Sticker Printing Machine, UV Printing Machine, and Laser Cutting Machine.
- Set up machines according to production requirements.
- Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines.
- Coordinate with the production team to meet daily production targets.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major faults when necessary.

Requirements
