My Core Studio seeks a creative and organized Graphic Designer & Front Desk Coordinator to deliver premium client experiences and bring the brand to life through visual content. This hybrid role combines front desk duties with graphic design and marketing support.

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and create a warm, premium first impression
- Manage daily class bookings and scheduling
- Answer WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and client enquiries promptly
- Process memberships, packages, and payments
- Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, and promotional graphics
- Create printed marketing materials including posters, flyers, menus, brochures, and signage
- Design email newsletters and promotional campaigns
- Capture behind the scenes content using a mobile phone
- Edit basic videos and Instagram reels
- Maintain client records and CRM
Requirements
- Strong graphic design skills with excellent eye for layout, typography, and branding
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, retail, or fitness (preferred)

The Opportunity
- This is a dynamic hybrid role that combines creativity with client service.
- You will be responsible for ensuring every client receives a premium experience while also bringing the MyCore brand to life through beautiful and engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and create a warm, premium first impression.
- Manage daily class bookings and scheduling.
- Answer WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and client enquiries promptly.
- Process memberships, packages, and payments.
- Support new clients with onboarding and studio orientation.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
- Coordinate studio retail displays and merchandise.
- Assist instructors with daily operational requirements.
- Ensure studio policies are communicated professionally.
- Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, and promotional graphics.
- Create printed marketing materials including posters, flyers, menus, brochures, and signage.
- Design email newsletters and promotional campaigns.
Skills & Experience
- Strong graphic design skills with an excellent eye for layout, typography, and branding.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
- Speaks and writes excellent English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Highly organised and able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.
- Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, retail, or fitness (preferred but not essential).
Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,000 AED 3,500 per month
