- Responsible for producing appropriate and engaging marketing material to attract and engage audiences, brokers, agencies, and investors across social media platforms, in alignment with a distinctive and international real estate developer brand.

- Maintain strict brand consistency across all print, digital, and other materials.
- Create high-performing, engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and website portals (including carousel ads).
- Design brochures, flyers, floor plans, and pitch decks for off-plan projects. Edit and retouch property photography and renderings to ensure a luxury feel.
- Work with marketing teams to develop creative campaigns and meet fast-paced launch deadlines.
