Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Graphic Designer role based in Dubai.
- The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for branding, marketing materials, digital campaigns, presentations, and property related collateral.
- Day to day tasks include developing design concepts, producing logos and graphic elements, refining typography, and ensuring consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and development teams to translate project requirements into clear, compelling visual communications.
- The Graphic Designer will also prepare production ready files, manage feedback, and maintain organized design libraries.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce high quality visual assets for print and digital use.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity across multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Typography, with attention to readability, hierarchy, and aesthetic alignment with brand guidelines.
- Advanced knowledge of industry standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work in real estate, architecture, or related industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, collaborate with cross functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
