About the Role
Carewell Signage & Advertising LLC seeks a creative Graphic Designer with experience in signage, branding, and printing. Responsibilities include designing signage layouts, vehicle branding, and print-ready files.

Responsibilities
- Design 2D and 3D signage layouts, shopfront signage, reception logos, wayfinding signs, and illuminated signboards
- Create artwork for acrylic, stainless steel, LED, neon, and flex face signage
- Design vehicle branding, wall graphics, window vinyl, and glass frosting
- Prepare print ready files for UV printing, DTF printing, large format printing, CNC routing, laser cutting, and plotter cutting
- Develop branding materials including business cards, flyers, brochures, letterheads, banners, roll up stands, and promotional items
- Create logo designs and brand identity concepts based on client requirements
- Prepare mock ups and presentation visuals for client approvals
- Modify artwork according to customer feedback and project requirements
- Ensure all artwork follows production specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with the sales, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain an organized archive of design files and customer artwork
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high quality design standards
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in the signage, advertising, or printing industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of CMYK color profiles, bleed, print production, and prepress preparation
- Experience with large format printing, vinyl cutting, CNC routing, and laser cut file preparation
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Ability to create production ready files with attention to detail
- Good communication, problem solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
- Experience with 3D visualization software such as SketchUp or 3ds Max is an advantage
- Knowledge of signage materials, fabrication methods, and installation processes
- Familiarity with UAE signage standards and branding requirements
