Responsibilities
- Design visual assets such as product labels, packaging, logos, and marketing materials aligned with brand identity
- Prepare production ready artwork and manage layouts for digital and print media
- Operate printing or packaging machines, set up equipment, monitor production quality, and perform basic maintenance or troubleshooting
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and management to meet design and output requirements
- Follow safety procedures and support continuous improvement in visual presentation and manufacturing processes
Requirements
- Strong foundation in visual design with skills in Graphics and Graphic Design
- Ability to develop and execute brand visuals using Logo Design and Branding skills
- Proficiency in Typography and layout for product packaging and marketing materials
- Experience with industry standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent)
- Hands on experience or willingness to learn operation of printing and packaging machinery
- Attention to detail, color accuracy, and ability to follow brand guidelines and technical specifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Previous experience in packaging, fragrance, cosmetics, or FMCG production environments is beneficial
